Leaser attended Success Real Estate School in 1997 and became a licensed Affiliate Broker in the same year. Since then, she has worked for several real estate companies in the Memphis metropolitan area.

In 2015, she received her Real Estate Broker’s license and eventually opened her firm, Empire Realty, LLC.​

At the age of 19 years old, she had her first experience in Real Estate. This purchasing experience made Leaser decide this would be a part of her future endeavors.

Leaser is an Alumni of Christian Brothers University and a Lifetime Member of Psi-Chi (The Psychological Honor Society).

Leaser is the Founder and President of K & L Representative Payee Services, Inc. Here she serves her community’s most vulnerable citizens in the areas of securing food, clothing, affordable housing, mental and physical health services.​

She is the Founder of From Us For Us, a non-profit organization dedicated to increasing the minority business presence in Memphis. Leaser has held various leadership positions, including Assistant Treasurer on the Board of Directors for Women’s Council NAREB-Memphis Chapter from 2022 to 2024, where she currently serves as the 2nd Vice President.

​Additionally, she sits on the board of directors for Customized Medical Needs and God’s Ministries, Inc., where she continues to serve the community both directly and indirectly.
